A land surveyor is often asked to add, remove of modify notes on an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey (ALTA Survey) before a final version of the survey is signed and sealed. Who is asking for these changes? Why are the changes being asked for? How do they impact your liability as a land surveyor? What should you do before you add, remove or modify a note on your survey. In this webinar, Landon will answer all of these questions and will consider a few examples.
