LS problem, titles reserved to a licenced LS

On the LS exam (1986) problem A1 question #13 is asking for a "list of titles that are reserved to a licenced Land Surveyor by law".
I don't have the grading planfor this particular year, but my answer is based on LSA (2005) section 8751:
"No person shall represent himself or herself as, or use the title of, or any abbreviation or combination of the words in the title of, proffecional land surveyor, licensed land surveyor, land surveyor, land surveyor engineer, geodetic engineer........"
What I'm not sure to add to my answer is the section 8775:
"No person shall use the title or any abbreviation of the title PHOTOGRAMMETRIST or PHOTOGRAMMETRIC surveyor unless he or she holds registration as a civil engineer or licenced land surveyor, or unless he or she is licensed as a photogrammetric surveyor"
So is section 8775 a part of answer or not? if it is why it is not mentioned in section 8751?
P.S. one intersting fact that I just found out is that this ? was also in year 1976 exam (1976 problem D1), it barely happens that board repeats questions in exams.

I know this doesn't answer your specific questions, but I do know that the problems are repeated. I took, and passed, the exam in 2001 and one of the problems in Part 2 is the same as Problem 2 in the released 2005 exam. Sometimes they will use some elements of the previous time it was used and add additional elements in a new version of the survey problem.
