Best low cost total station?

I'm a hobby surveyor now that I've retired. Have a Sokkia Set6E (10 sec gun), and want to get a new one with at least 5 sec accuracy. Been looking at Topcon Gowin TKS-202 (2 sec gun), Northwest NTDM 502 (5 sec), and David White DTS-05 (5 sec)....all are around $3,000 new. Can't find any reviews or discussion on any of them....does anyone have any experience with any of these three?
