  • Provide answers to questions from the Officers and Directors concerning the Bylaws as may arise during the course of conducting the business of the Association.
  • Prepare a written Quarterly Report of the activities of the Committee and convey it to Executive Director no less than 30 days prior to the next scheduled Board of Directors Meeting for inclusion in the agenda for that meeting.

The California Young Surveyors are defined by surveyors aged 35 years or under, surveying students, or those surveyors within ten years of graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree. Whether you are a field crew chief, CAD technician, LSIT, or PLS- all are welcome. The focus is to provide support for those individuals who meet the definition. The mission of the Young Surveyors Network is to recruit, connect, develop, and retain young surveyors by providing a community within our professional organizations and creating professional development opportunities allowing room for success.
